How we helped

We worked with Portmouth CC to develop concept designs and outline masterplans (RIBA Stage 2) for a number of their sites in both Havant and Portsmouth, which numbered well over 100 dwellings.

Kingsclere Avenue and Blendworth Crescent formed part of this exercise and we developed the early concept ideas and site constraints analysis through to detailed floor plans and elevations that lead to the final as built schemes.
